We started with how dealers actually evaluate equipment today

Most inspections still happen on paper, or from memory, with a phone photo if something looks off.

Why we built this

Reps who cover more than one brand often pick up a customer relationship with no record of what that machine's history actually is. And the dealer has no structured account of what its own team has seen in the field.

How it works today

One guided inspection a rep can run offline on an iPad becomes a reviewed condition record, a phased proposal, and an update in your CRM, the same day, without anyone retyping notes from a clipboard that evening.

Where we are

  1. Phase I, in pilot now

Guided offline inspections on iPad, AI-assisted condition records and proposals, human review, and a one-way push to Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  2. Phase II, planned

Support for more devices beyond iPad, and a two-way CRM sync once the platform's data schema is final.

  3. Phase III, planned

Deeper field mapping and customer-specific automations as more dealer groups come on across Zoho, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

  4. Phase IV, later

A CRM layer of our own, plus photo-based condition analysis, once enough field data justifies building it.
